Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • We have an extended 60 day return policy during peak holiday times which starts 11/18/25 and ends 1/15/2026.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can login to your account & initiate a return through your self service portal, or you can just go to accounts.sleekdenim.com or contact us at info@sleekdenim.com.
  • Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address specified on our return label that we provide to you once we are notified by you through email or through self service portal listed above that a return is being requested.

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label within 24 hours, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We now accept exchanges! Please make sure to make note of what you need/size change in exchange request which is done through return portal

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Times:

We ship all our orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We typically process all orders and ship no later than 2 business days from purchase date. We do not ship on Sundays as there is no mail service.

We use a variety of shipment services, depnding on who's is the fastest/cost efficient. We use USPS, FEDEX & UPS, depending on the customer address/what will deliver the quickest. 

Refunds:

If you choose to return an item for a refund, we will deduct a flat $8.50 USD fee from your refund for return shipping. If we are found negligent or sent the wrong item we will issue a refund with no deduction for shipping.

Exchanges:

Exchanges: We can now accept exchanges! Exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery; not our full return window.

On February 1st, 2026 we will switch our policy back to accepting returns up to 30 days from delivery.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you need a size swap only, and we have the size you need in stock please let us know your prefernce us exchange instead of return for refund so we can quickly prepare your new shipment.

Once your package is scanned in and we receive notification you shipped your exchange back to us we will ship your replacement.

Unfortunately sometimes we run into problems such as receiving a unacceptable item back from customer ..in that case we will be unable to offer exchanges as a option on good faith...we will have to hold off on shipping until your return is received and inspected.

If for some reason the excahnged item does not fit or not fitting we will accept a SECOND return request but you will be charged for two return labels/the fee we pay will be deducted from your refund. You will receive a copy of the shipping labels fees with your refund via email.

We do not accept returns or refunds for final sale merchandise either. All final sale merchandise is located in our final sale collection. We will accept exchanges on a case by case basis for size swaps.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
