Shipping policy
Orders placed during promotional sales may experience some delays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking number.
We purchase insurance on for every order.
Packages that are unable to be found must be submitted to us by email within 7 days of delivery. We will start a claim with USPS which can take up to 10 business days for them to process.
We will not refund orders that are signed for or not received. We will take a case by case basis and assist in tracking the package and opening lost mail cases with USPS.
We are not responsible for mistakes when entering your address at checkout. Please be mindful and double check your address when entering it at checkout as we are unable to refund, or replace orders if delivered to an address that was incorrectly entered at checkout.
Paid shipping is non-refundable upon return of your order.

Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska Shipping Customers who are shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska may have longer than normal shipping times.
International Shipping Customers are responsible for duties, taxes and fees due at delivery. If your order is refused at customs due to duty, taxes and fees your shipping paid will not be refunded.
