Orders placed during promotional sales may experience some slight delays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking number.

WE DO ALLOW SHIPPING TO PO BOXES, HOWEVER WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISSPLACED OR LOST PACKAGES ONCE MARKED DELIVERED BY THE POST OFFICE (USPS). IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE YOUR ORDER DELIVERED TO A PO BOX YOU AGREE TO TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THAT ORDER ONCE IT IS MARKED DELIVERED. WE CANNOT CONTROL OR BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSED DELIVERIES, OR THEFT ONCE YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN MARLED AS DELIVERED.

WE PURCHASE INSURANCE ON EVERY SINGLE ODER WE RECEIVE AND PROCESS IN THE USA ONLY. THE COVERAGE IS EQUAL TO THE PAID PURCHASE PRICE (NOT THE FULL PRICE BEFORE DISCOUNTS BUT THE PRICE YOU ACTUALLY PAY PER ITEM).

THIS MEANS IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT OR IS LOST DURING THE PROCESS OF RETURNING TO US, OR IT GETS DAMAGED OR STOLEN, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH AN AFFIDAVIT OF PURCHASE, INCLUDING AN INVOICE AND SIGNED LETTER STATING WE SHIPPED THE PACKAGE AND WILL CONFIRMTHE STATUS ONLINE WITH USPS TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY.  YOU MUST MAKE THREE ATTEMPTS AT CALLING YOUR POST OFFICE TO LOCATE THE LOST PACKAGE OVER A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS (THE INSURANCE COMPANY REQUIRES THIS). IF AFTER 30 DAYS THE POST OFFICE CANNOT LOCATE THE PACKAGE OR CONFIRMS THEY DELIEVRED IT TO YOUR RESIDENCE AND YOU CONFIRM IT WAS STOLEN OR IS MISSING, YOU CAN THEN COMPLETE AN INSURANCE CLAIM FORM THAT WILLL BE SUBMITTED ONLINE (ALL INFO WILL BE ON THE INSURANCE INTAKE FORM WE EMAIL TO YOU) AND MUST BE SUBNITTED TO U-PIC, THE INSURABCE COMPANY WHO WILL REVIEW AND PROCESS YOUR CLAIM. IF THE CLAIM IS APPROVED AND FOUND VALID, YOU WILL BE ISSUED A CHECK WITHIN ONE TO THREE WEEKS FOR THE ENTIRE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID. THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED AND THIS IS A THIRD PARTY THAT WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER WHETHER OR NOT CLAIMS ARE APPROVED.

WE HAVE HAD GREAT SUCCESS WITH U-PIC, HOWEVER IF THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT THE PACKAGE WAS LOST OR DAMAGED, THEY MAY DENY THE CLAIM AND THEY CANNOT REFUND YOUR ORDER NOR CAN WE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU HAVE YOUR PACKAGES DELIVERED TO A SAFE AND PRIVATE LOCATION/SOMEWHERE INCONSPICUOUS DUE TO THE RISING THEFTS IS MANY RESIDENTIAL AREAS UNFORTUNATELY.

We purchase insurance for every order. THIS IS A A COUPLE DOLLARS THAT WE COVER COMPLETELY AS A PRECAUTION. YOU ARE NOT CHARGED THIS FEE. IT IS NOT ADDED ON TO YOUR PURCHASE EITHER. WE MUST COVER THIS TO ENSURE WE ARE PROTECTED AS WELL FROM MIS DELIVERIES , THEFT, DAMAGE AND LOSS.
