Shipping Policy

At Sleek Denim Boutique, we’re committed to keeping shipping affordable while ensuring your order arrives quickly and safely.

Due to rising shipping costs and an increase in returns from customers purchasing multiple sizes, we’ve made a small adjustment to our shipping policy.

This change helps us continue offering great products without compromising our service.

Shipping Rates

• Free Economy Shipping (with tracking): ALL ORDERS $50 AND OVER RECEIVE FREE ECONOMY USPS OR UPS SHIPPING WITH TRACKING & INSURANCE. 

• IF YOU SPEND UNDER $50, SHIPPING IS A FLAT $8.00 FOR USPS ECONOMY OR UPS GROUND WITH TRACKING AND INSURANCE.

Processing & Delivery

• Order Cut-Off: 2 PM EST

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days

• Transit Time: 2–4 business days (after processing)

• Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days (USA & Canada)

All orders ship from our warehouses in New Jersey and California.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email with tracking details. You can also track your order directly on our tracking page.

PO Boxes & Delivery Responsibility

We do ship to PO Boxes (USPS). However, once a package is marked delivered by USPS, Sleek Denim Boutique is not responsible for misplaced, lost, or stolen packages. By selecting delivery to a PO Box, you agree to take full responsibility once USPS confirms delivery. The same goes to lockers...if delievered to a locker or special area we have no responsibility. You are responsible for your order once it leaves our post office.

Shipping Insurance

Every order is automatically insured through U-PIC Insurance Services—at no extra cost to you. Coverage equals the actual price you paid (after discounts).

If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen:

1. You must make 3 attempts to locate the package with USPS within 30 days.

2. If USPS cannot resolve it, we’ll send you an insurance claim form.

3. Submit the form to U-PIC for review.

4. If approved, you’ll receive a refund check for the full amount paid (within 1–3 weeks).

⚠️ Important: Claims are handled by a third-party insurance company. Approval is not guaranteed. If U-PIC denies a claim, Sleek Denim Boutique cannot issue reimbursement.

Helpful Tip

Because of rising package theft, we strongly recommend shipping to a secure address or discreet delivery location whenever possible.
