Am I able to checkout using multiple forms of payment for one order online?

You are now able to use multiple forms of payment. For example, you can redeem a gift card and pay for the remaining balance with your credit card.

How do I update my email address and other account details?

After logging into your account online, you will be able to update your email address, mailing address and any payment information that you have saved. Log-in to your account.

When will my order arrive?

Please check your order confirmation email for tracking information. 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, because we begin processing your order immediately once placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it in our system. However, you can return your purchase for up to 14 days after the ship date. 

I am having issues placing an order online, who should I contact?

Can I order online and pickup in store?

You can schedule a time to pickup if you live locally. There is an option for pickup at checkout.

Can I get a price adjustment on my order if some of the items are now on sale?

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments at this time.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

We offer everyday FREE economy shipping on all orders with no minimum. We do offer priority shipping for a fee which you can choose at checkout. Prices are based on weight, and can be calculated at checkout or an estomate through usps website, via priority shipping. No additional fees are added.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the United States (all states in North America), Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped within 24-72 hours, depending on time and day ordered. We do not process shipments on the weekend so if an order is placed friday after 3pm EST, it will not ship until Monday, the following week. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours though. (no sunday updates on shipping at all as we are partially closed Sundays, only open for customer service issues/online chat)

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, as long as your credit card authorization is not flagged for unusual activity or billing address mismatch we will ship to a PO Box. We may contact you first prior to processing your order if our software flags the order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy for online orders?

If you change your mind, we offer returns online. Within 7 days, with tags attached, receive a full refund in the original form of payment. Sale Items and all footwear are FINAL SALE. Sleek Denim reserves the right to deny the return of any product. Please see our full return and exchange policy for more information.

What is your exchange policy for online orders?

Simply return your item by mail and re-purchase your new item. SleekDenim.com is unable to offer exchanges. If you received an item as a gift, you will need a receipt or gift receipt to process your exchange. Sale Items and all footwear Items are FINAL SALE. Sleek Denim reserves the right to deny the return of any product. Please see our full return and exchange policy for more information.

How do I track if you have received my return?

Can I check the balance for my E-Gift Card online?                                       

At this time, you will need to create an account and apply your gift card to your account to see an updated balance on your gift card, or you can contact us for an updated balance at orders@sleekdenim.com

How fast will I receive my E-Gift card?

E-Gift cards are sent immediately or once you are charged for the order.

Can I apply a discount code to the purchase of my E-Gift card?

No, discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of an E-Gift card.

Can an E-Gift card be returned?

E-gift cards cannot be returned.

Where do I enter my promo code online?
