I shipped back my order for a refund. When will I recive my money back?

Once we recive you return, please give us 1-2 business days to inspect and mark your return as received. We will issue your refund within 48 hours; however the actual credit to your original payment can take from 2-5 business days depending on your payment processor/bank. If 10 business days has passed since your return has been delivered and you have not received your refund, please contact us immediately so we can follow up & ensure you are properly credited. How do I track my order if it was placed through the Shop App?

You can use the Shop app to track any valid tracking number. After you create a Shop account, Shop automatically syncs with our site to display all the orders that you have placed from stores using the Shop App..

For all other orders, if you use Gmail or Outlook, such as hotmail.com and live.com, then Shop can automatically locate emails with tracking numbers to identify orders to track.

The easiest way to track and follow all your orders is to install the Shop App on your phone for the easiest access.

My promo code isn’t working, what do I do?

If your valid promo code isn’t working, please contact Customer Service by email at info@sleekdenim.com. Responses will be provided within 24-48 hours of receipt.

Can I use more than one promo code at a time?

Please refer to the terms and conditions of the promo code to determine if you can combine it with other offers. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We only provide Economy shipping to PO Boxes. Expedited orders require a physical address. We are not responsible for lost packages that show delivered to a PO Box. See our full policy here.

We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition. During the peak holiday season we extended our return window to 60 days. This ends 1/15/26.
