Economy Shipping with tracking is free for orders in USA and Canada. We also offer free Economy shipping plus tracking through Canada now. International orders are allowed in select countries including Australia and New Zealand for a flat rate fee due to being international for us.
Orders placed during promotional sales may experience some delays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking number.
We purchase insurance on for every order.
Packages that are unable to be found must be submitted to us by email within 7 days of delivery. We will start a claim with USPS which can take up to 10 business days for them to process.
We will not refund orders that are signed for or not received. We will take a case by case basis and assist in tracking the package and opening lost mail cases with USPS.
We are not responsible for mistakes when entering your address at checkout. Please be mindful and double check your address when entering it at checkout as we are unable to refund, or replace orders if delivered to an address that was incorrectly entered at checkout.

1. What's My Even "Store" Size?
Your department store even size is the size you typically wear in your favorite store. If you straddle 2 sizes, use the larger of the 2 as your even size.
For example, if you usually wear a size 8 in jeans from your regular store, this is your true even "store" size. If you can wear an 8 or a 10, your store size would be 10
2. What's my "true boutique odd size"?
To determine your boutique odd size, use your even store size from step 1 & subtract 1. For example, if your even store size is an 8, your true boutique odd size would be a 7. If you wear a 16w plus size, your true boutique size is still 16w.
3. What Size Should I Order?
After you determine your true boutique odd size in step 2, simply follow the fit advice for each pair! We may recommend you size up or down 1 or 2 sizes, but you will always start with your true boutique odd size whether you wear regular or plus size clothing. For example, if your true boutique odd size is a 7 and we recommend sizing down 1 size, you would purchase a size 5. If you wear a size 16w, you would purchase a size 14w.
