Am I able to checkout using multiple forms of payment for one order online?
You are now able to use multiple forms of payment. For example, you can redeem a gift card and pay for the remaining balance with your credit card.

How do I update my email address and other account details?
After logging into your account online, you will be able to update your email address, mailing address and any payment information that you have saved.

When will my order arrive?
Please check your order confirmation email for tracking information.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, because we begin processing your order immediately once placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it in our system. However, you can return your purchase for up to 14 days after the ship date.

Can I order online and pickup in store?

Can I get a price adjustment on my order if some of the items are now on sale?
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments at this time.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
We offer everyday FREE economy shipping on all orders.
Where do you ship?
At this time we only ship throughout the Continental U.S., excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
When will my order ship?
Note that orders generally process within 2-3 business days, not including holidays and weekends. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been processed. Please allow for up to 24 hours after the shipment confirmation email has been sent to be able to track the package.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We only provide Economy shipping to PO Boxes. Expedited orders require a physical address.
Do you ship to Military Addresses?
At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses.

What is your return policy for online orders?
If you change your mind, we offer returns online. Within 7 days, with tags attached, receive a full refund in the original form of payment. Sale Items and all Fragrance Items are FINAL SALE. What is your exchange policy for online orders?
Simply return your item by mail and re-purchase your new item. sleekdenim.com is unable to offer exchanges. If you received an item as a gift, you will need a receipt or gift receipt to process your exchange. Sale Items and all Fragrance Items are FINAL SALE. No, E-Gift cards are sent electronically. At this time, we do not sell physical gift cards, only electronic gift cards.
Can I check the balance for my E-Gift Card online?

How fast will I receive my E-Gift card?
E-Gift cards are sent immediately or once you are charged for the order.
Can I apply a discount code to the purchase of my E-Gift card?
No, discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of an E-Gift card.
Can an E-Gift card be returned?
E-gift cards cannot be returned.
