Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return for store credit or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. ALL tags must still be attached. Items smelling of smoke, containing pet hair, appearing dirty or used will be returned at the buyer's expense or donated.

If you used a coupon code on your order and request a store credit, it will not be able to be re-used.

Abuse of our return & exchange policy, fraudulent claims and harassment will result in future orders being canceled. 

Refunds /credit to banks and credit cards typically take 2-5 business days depending on your banking institution.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. 

Replacements 
We only replace items on a case by case basis.. if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email with your order # and photo of the defect to info@sleekdenim.com and we will email a return label for the exchange.
