Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, login to account.sleekdenim.com

Am I able to checkout using multiple forms of payment for one order online?
You are now able to use multiple forms of payment. For example, you can redeem a gift card and pay for the remaining balance with your credit card.

After logging into your account online, you will be able to update your email address, mailing address and any payment information that you have saved.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, because we begin processing your order immediately once placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it in our system. However, you can return your purchase for up to 14 days after the ship date.

Can I order online and pickup in store?

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments at this time.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
We offer everyday FREE economy shipping on all orders. 

Where do you ship?
At this time we only ship throughout the Continental U.S., excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico.  

Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

When will my order ship?
Note that orders generally process within 2-3 business days, not including holidays and weekends.  You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been processed.  Please allow for up to 24 hours after the shipment confirmation email has been sent to be able to track the package.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We only provide Economy shipping to PO Boxes. Expedited orders require a physical address.

Do you ship to Military Addresses?
At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses.

What is your return policy for online orders?
If you change your mind, we offer returns online. Within 7 days, with tags attached, receive a full refund in the original form of payment. Sale Items and all Fragrance Items are FINAL SALE. What is your exchange policy for online orders?
Simply return your item by mail and re-purchase your new item. sleekdenim.com is unable to offer exchanges. Are E-Gift cards and regular gift cards the same?                                           
No, E-Gift cards are sent electronically. At this time, we do not sell physical gift cards, only electronic gift cards. 

Can I check the balance for my E-Gift Card online?                                       
To check an E-Gift card balance, contact us at orders@sleekdenim.cim.

How fast will I receive my E-Gift card?                                                               
E-Gift cards are sent immediately or once you are charged for the order.

Can I apply a discount code to the purchase of my E-Gift card?                    
No, discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of an E-Gift card.

Can an E-Gift card be returned?                                                                         
E-gift cards cannot be returned.

My promo code isn’t working, what do I do?
If your valid promo code isn’t working, please contact Customer Service by email at orders@sleekdenim.com. Responses will be provided within 24-48 hours of receipt.

Economy Shipping with tracking is free for orders in USA and Canada. We also offer free Economy shipping plus tracking through Canada now. International orders are allowed in select countries including Australia and New Zealand for a flat rate fee due to being international for us. 

Orders placed during promotional sales may experience some delays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking number.

We purchase insurance on for every order. 

Packages that are unable to be found must be submitted to us by email within 7 days of delivery. We will start a claim with USPS which can take up to 10 business days for them to process.

We will not refund orders that are signed for or not received. We will take a case by case basis and assist in tracking the package and opening lost mail cases with USPS.

We are not responsible for mistakes when entering your address at checkout. Please be mindful and double check your address when entering it at checkout as we are unable to refund, or replace orders if delivered to an address that was incorrectly entered at checkout.

Paid shipping is non-refundable upon return of your order.
